NEVO Q05 Launches in Thailand from THB 599,900, Built at the Rayong Plant

Changan has announced official Thai pricing for the NEVO Q05 in Thailand in late May 2026, following its first launch outside China at the 47th Bangkok International Motor Show in March. It is the second model built at Changan's plant in Rayong, after the Deepal S05, and is positioned as a family electric SUV that offers great value without compromising on technology.

Prices and trims

The NEVO Q05 comes in two trims, with special introductory pricing for the first 3,000 customers taking delivery by 30 June 2026

• Q05 MAX Recommended price THB 599,900, regular price THB 629,900
• Q05 ULTRA Recommended price THB 679,900, regular price THB 709,900

The ULTRA adds a panoramic roof and 18-inch alloy wheels. Both trims come with the NEVO Care package, including a 5-year or 150,000 km vehicle warranty and an 8-year or 180,000 km high-voltage battery warranty. Prices and promotions may change over time, so please check with your dealer before deciding.

Performance and battery

The Q05 uses a single front-wheel-drive electric motor producing 120 kW (163 hp) and 190 Nm of torque, accelerating from 0–100 km/h in 8.2 seconds. Its 51.9 kWh CATL lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery delivers a range of up to 462 km (NEDC). It supports 3C fast charging, from 30% to 80% in around 15 minutes, and vehicle-to-load (V2L) power output for electrical devices.

The body measures 4,435 mm long, 1,855 mm wide and 1,600 mm tall, with a 2,735 mm wheelbase and a drag coefficient of 0.265, which helps save energy on long drives. The rear luggage space is around 450 liters and expands when the seats are folded.

Equipment and safety

Inside are a 14.6-inch central touchscreen and a 10.17-inch driver display, with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, voice control and over-the-air (OTA) software updates. Safety features include ADAS driver assistance, a 3D 360-degree camera, a transparent underbody view and a built-in dash cam, plus a smartphone app to monitor and control the car.

Who it's for

The NEVO Q05 suits small to mid-size families who drive mainly in the city and occasionally travel upcountry. A range of over 400 km per charge is enough for several round trips between Ayutthaya and Bangkok, while 15-minute fast charging eases concerns on long journeys. Another strength is local production, which benefits parts availability and service in the long term.
